2. Condition
Good condition doesn't make your home worth more but lack of it can keep it from selling because fewer people are prone to fixing up a home today.
3. Poor Pricing Strategy
Sometimes overpricing IS appropriate and responsible to determine market value. However, the market value of your home must now be updated to take into consideration what is important to you about selling your home now.
